The CQC was particularly impressed by the hospital's culture. Leaders chose an employee of the month, and staff always made time for friendly chats, discussing patients' hobbies. They also shared celebrations and cultural events on social media, fostering a happy and valued environment.
Berry emphasized the hospital's exceptional service, encouraging other mental health services to learn from this report. Walker echoed this sentiment, expressing pride in her team's dedication to providing the highest quality person-centered care.
